Global Patchwork is trying to raise £10,000 to send a container full of tools and equipment to send to Senegal, where the help is needed. We aim to build an on-line community based around the Global Patchwork project, so people from all corners of the world can get involved and see what can be achieved in such a short time when people work together. One of our activities with Global Patchwork is to set up exchanges (with physical youth exchanges) between UK, Brasil and Senegal.  Discussions and preliminary visits are underway for the youth exchange set to happen early 2009.  Please contact vickysinclair@gmail.com for more information about the exchange programme.
