This collection of poems created by people with diffabilities in Lombok, Indonesia, captures their embodied experience of the community through rhythmic verse and raw emotion. Each poem pulls back the curtain on the systemic barriers, structural exclusion, resilience, and experience of disasters that the community navigates daily on an island that is deeply ableist and inaccessible.
